You are solely responsible for the content stored in your repository.

LiteFileHub does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LiteFileHub to store, distribute, promote, or facilitate content or activities that are unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Illegal Content

Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Pirated software, movies, music, books, games, or other unauthorized copies of copyrighted material.
Stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise illegal content.
Content that violates applicable laws or court orders.

Violence and Harmful Content

Content that promotes, glorifies, encourages, or incites violence.
Terrorist or extremist content.
Instructions for committing violent crimes.
Material intended to facilitate physical harm to others.

Hate and Harassment

Content promoting hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or similar protected characteristics.
Antisemitic, racist, or otherwise hateful material.
Targeted harassment, threats, or intimidation.

Sexually Explicit Content

Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
Content involving the exploitation or abuse of any individual.
Any content involving minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Malware and Security Threats

Malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious software.
Phishing pages or fraudulent websites.
Content intended to compromise computer systems or user security.
Tools primarily intended to conduct unauthorized attacks against networks or systems.

Fraud and Abuse

Identity theft or impersonation.
Financial scams or fraudulent schemes.
Spam campaigns.
Attempts to deceive or defraud other users.

6. Content Moderation

LiteFileHub respects user privacy and does not routinely inspect the contents of private files.

However, we may investigate accounts when required:

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of important files.

10. Suspension and Termination

Users may terminate their repository and account at any time through the Service, subject to any applicable billing obligations.
